Last week was the first creative networking event by designalliance.com.au called Design Talk.
Hosted at PX Tapas Wine, it was a challenge to shoot a fairly small space with very little light.
Everyone had a good time, and the talks presented show promise for future events in the future.
Say the title three times fast and a face painted derby girl will appear. Then again, maybe not.
This weekend is the next set of bouts for the Victoria/Tasmania Tournament being hosted in Devonport by Van Diemen Rollers.

Horns & Light
The Western Australian Perth Roller Derby League (PRD) made the trek to Hobart, Tasmania to bout against South Island Sirens (SIS). It was a fun bout and the girls from WA have a lot of skills and took home the win. It's always great to see mainland leagues on Tasmanian soil. Next weekend continues the trend with a bunch of Victorian Leagues coming to Westbury for a massive weekend.
